Matt Leonard is the Managing Director of Evolve Corporate Solutions, bringing over 20 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organisational development.
He has held senior leadership roles across diverse industries — including healthcare, mining & engineering, supply chain, retail, not-for-profit, and commercial sectors — where he has successfully built high-performing teams, delivered enterprise-wide recruitment solutions, and led major systems and digital transformation projects.
Matt’s expertise spans ERP & HRIS implementation, inclusive recruitment practices, AI adoption, and organisational change management. He is passionate about helping enterprises grow by aligning people strategy with digital innovation, ensuring businesses are both resilient and future-ready.
Known for his collaborative style and pragmatic approach, Matt partners closely with business leaders to design strategies that not only solve immediate challenges but also unlock long-term performance and growth.
