Our highly experienced Directors, Matt Leonard and Kirsty McConville, established Evolve Corporate Solutions to provide an innovative alternative to your typical management, office and business support functions.

Matt Leonard

Co-Founder & Director

Matt has extensive experience in the Human Resources industry. He started his career as a recruitment consultant and held a variety of HR positions prior to progressing into a leadership role with one of Australia’s leading publicly listed recruitment companies. He then transitioned to Senior HR roles within the engineering, procurement & construction (EPC), resources, mining and infrastructure industries. Matt’s exposure to a broad range of industries, multinationals and SMEs has given him a detailed insight into resourcing, and the different challenges facing businesses.

A strategic, fresh thinker, Matt is passionate about guiding companies to success in leadership, process improvement, cost reduction and business growth.

Kirsty McConville

Co-Founder & Director

Kirsty has worked in senior business management and leadership roles across a range of industries including construction, mining, manufacturing, property management, oil & energy. Her experience, particularly in the oil & energy sector has given her a solid understanding of the international business environment.

Her main focus at Evolve Corporate Solutions is to provide guidance on strategic direction for businesses, cost control initiatives, planning for new markets and company growth.

Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a major in Accounting from Curtin University. She is an Associate member of CPA Australia.
